Wrinkly and wonky puffins

When I get to the end of a roll, the fabric becomes wrinkly. Also, the strips become slightly skewed. This time the puffins were at the end of the roll and so I have quite a few wrinkly and wonky puffins! They still need a loving home to go to and so I am selling them more cheaply. All you need to do is iron or wash and iron them.

There are six original puffin designs. Perfect for patchwork, hexies, English paper piecing, quilting and many other crafts.

Each strip is very approximately 4 inches (10 cm) wide and 23-24 inches (59-61 cm) long. The motifs are suitable for use with paper template hexagons with sides of 1 1/4 inch. The fabric is 100% organic cotton sateen and the background is white. The strip can be washed at 30 degrees, preferably in a cotton bag or pillow case to reduce fraying. The strip will shrink by approximately 1/4 inch after the first wash.

Please note: Each image 'square' is approximately 4 x 4 inches. This is not exact, because of the nature of fabric, and so the marks are only a rough guideline for cutting. To make 3 x 3 inch image quilt squares, cut each into 3 1/2 inch squares, with the image at the centre,  and use 1/4 inch seams.
