Cockles and mussels fat quarter - sand background

Inspired by a holiday to Devon. The beach was strewn haphazardly with the washed up shells of cockles and mussels which crunched underfoot as you walked along. 

The background is sand coloured.

This fabric is perfect for patchwork, quilting, English paper piecing and many other sewing projects.

Each piece is approximately 22 x 19 1/2 inches or 56 x 50 cm. The fabric is 100% cotton and washable at 30 degrees. There is approximately 1/4 inch of shrinkage after the first wash. This high quality fabric is printed in South Korea.
