Large River animal fabric squares

Large fabric squares depicting animals found on and around a British river. Choose from Eurasian otter, great crested grebe, kingfisher, beaver, female southern hawker, grey heron and brown trout.

Please note, the otter now has a white background.  Also, the kingfisher with the white background and the otter have changed. The names have been moved and will be visible after sewing. 

The squares are perfect for patchwork quilts and centrepieces to cushions, table mats and much more. 

Each square is approximately 7 x 7 inches (18 x 18 cm) apart from the brown trout which is 7 x 4 inches (18 x 10cm). All have approximately 2 inches around the design for cutting accurately, shrinkage and seams. 

The fabric is 100% organic cotton sateen and the background is light blue. The squares can be washed at 30 degrees, preferably in a cotton bag or pillow case to reduce fraying, or can be handwashed. The square will shrink by approximately 1/4 inch after the first wash.
